# Thống kê nguyên vật liệu

### Chức năng của bảng này là gì?

Thống kê nguyên vật liệu để thấy được tình trạng kho hàng của cửa hàng, từ đó có thể đề xuất mua thêm nguyên liệu để không gián đoạn quá trình bán hàng

### Số liệu % trong bảng thể hiện điều gì?

* Số liệu % thể hiện lượng nguyên liệu còn lại so với lượng nguyên liệu đã nhập vào
* Số liệu này được thống kê dựa vào chức năng định lượng món
* Khi bổ sung nguyên liệu bất kỳ vào kho, phần mềm sẽ tự động thay đổi nguyên liệu đó thành 100%, thể hiện cho số dư đầu kỳ mua nguyên liệu đó.

### Khi nguyên liệu xuống bao nhiêu % thì phần mềm sẽ thông báo để cửa hàng mua thêm?

* Phần mềm thông báo lần 1 mức nguyên liệu xuống thấp khi nguyên liệu xuống dưới 20%
* Phần mềm thông báo lần 2 mức nguyên liệu xuống thấp khi nguyên liệu xuống dưới 10%

### Các số liệu này được lấy từ đâu?

Các số liệu thống kê nguyên vật liệu được lấy từ phần quản lý nguyên vật liệu khi thêm mới và bổ sung nguyên liệu vào kho
