# Tạo tài khoản

## Tạo mới tài khoản

* Chọn nút “Thêm”
* Điền thông tin liên quan của tài khoản vào Form

> Tên nhân viên: Điền tên của nhân viên hoặc bộ phận mà nhân viên đang làm
>
> Tên đăng nhập: Là ID đăng nhập của tài khoản nhân viên, tên đăng nhập phải là chữ cái viết thường, liền nhau và không có dấu (Ví dụ: thungan, phache, chayban, nguyenthikimhong, nguyentrongtai...)
>
> Email: Điền email của nhân viên sử dụng hoặc email của chủ cửa hàng, sau này có thể sẽ sử dụng để đổi mật khẩu cho tài khoản
>
> Mật khẩu: Thiết lập mật khẩu cho tài khoản
>
> Nhập lại mật khẩu: Nhập lại mật khẩu vừa tạo phía trên
>
> Phân quyền: Chọn 1 quyền mà tài khoản này được sử dụng, đảm bảo phù hợp với tính nhất được giao (Ví dụ: Bộ phận thu ngân thì cho sử dụng tài khoản "Thu ngân", bộ phận chạy bàn thì cho sử dụng tài khoản "Chạy bàn", bộ phận pha chế thì cho sử dụng tài khoản "Pha chế" (hình dưới). Quyền này được tạo tại chức năng [Tạo phân quyền](/chuc-nang-phan-quyen/phan-quyen.md)

* Bấm nút "Tạo tài khoản" để hoàn tất

## Chỉnh sửa thông tin tài khoản

* Bấm vào Button Dropdown phía bên phải tên tài khoản, chọn "Sửa thông tin"

* Điền các thông tin cần thay đổi của tài khoản
* Bấm vào nút "Cập nhật" để lưu thay đổi

## Xoá tài khoản

Khi muốn xoá tài khoản khỏi hệ thống, bạn chọn vào nút Dropdown bên phải tên tài khoản và chọn "Xoá". Sau đó xác nhận đồng ý xoá trên hộp thoại hiện ra là xong.
