# Form tuỳ chỉnh

## Tạo trường mới cho Form

* Chọn nút “Thêm”

* Điền thông tin liên quan của tài khoản vào Form

> Tiêu đề: Điền tên của trường form mới
>
> Loại form: Chọn 1 chức năng để thêm mới form

> Kiểu dữ liệu: Chọn 1 loại kiểu dữ liệu của form mới này. Có 7 kiểu dữ liệu là: (text - Chữ, Number - Số, Date - Ngày tháng, Textarea - Chữ, URL - Địa chỉ trang web, Boolean - Chọn đúng hoặc sai, Phone - Số điện thoại)

* Bấm nút "Tạo form tuỳ chỉnh" để hoàn tất

## Chỉnh sửa thông tin tài khoản

* Bấm vào Button Dropdown phía bên phải tên form tuỳ chỉnh đã tạo, chọn "Sửa thông tin"

* Điền các thông tin cần thay đổi của form tuỳ chỉnh
* Bấm vào nút "Cập nhật" để lưu thay đổi

## Xoá form tuỳ chỉnh

Khi muốn xoá form tuỳ chỉnh đã tạo khỏi hệ thống, bạn chọn vào nút Dropdown bên phải tên form và chọn "Xoá". Sau đó xác nhận đồng ý xoá trên hộp thoại hiện ra là xong.
